Housing Market in the Midwest

I want talk about the housing market here in Columbia, Missouri and what seems to be very similar just in the Midwest in general.

So over the past couple of years, you might or might not have recognized how the housing market has gone. It's been pretty much bonkers for the most part. We have noticed it seems like a lot of people have migrated to the Midwest from both the East and the West coasts. We're not exactly sure why but I would assume part of it is because of the Midwest values, part of it could be because more and more people are able to work from home now and there are great internet service providers in the Midwest. Fiber internet is available and the property doesn't cost as much in the Midwest. So, when you put all those things together, it becomes a little bit more attractive to move to the Midwest and grow a family.

That's exactly what I've been seeing. So I'm standing here today in a new construction home we're still building homes all over our town here in Columbia, Missouri. This is actually an Anderson Homes brand new home.

But when it comes to new construction, we actually have an offer where all you need to put down if you qualify is 5%. So new construction typically will require 20% down or more. We can do that with five percent at Bell Bank Mortgage. So if that's something that you'd like to learn more about, give me a call or just click on the link or you can always visit www.TerryRoberts.com. I wish you the best and happy holidays!

I hope that helps and I would love to talk to you if you've got any questions- give me a holler or email me at troberts@Bell.Bank and I hope you have a great day!
